Education

Education is important. No matter how you put it, it is important and crucial. 

I crossed one of Facebook status saying that, degree certification is not really important. It is just a tool. And I say, no sayang. You are wrong. 

Latest news, we heard of some ministers or important people in new government does not have any degree certification. Seriously? Kau tadbir negara bukan tadbir kampung. In previous government, those people in GLC pun kita pertikaikan sebab education level setakat SPM. 

No, aku bukan underestimate those without higher education certification. I don't mind. Tapi, we need people with good knowledge, with the right knowledge and attitude untuk tadbir urus negara. Sedangkan untuk kita hire somebody in most of the company, they need to have some education level. Why? Because we need the right people with the right knowledge and attitude to do the job. Or else, what will happen? It will be difficult for them to do their job properly. Yes, some people can be trained. But it takes years to learn some skill compare to those who already have the basic knowledge. 

At least, leaders must someone who READS bukan those yg sembang kencang kat kedai kopi.
